When I was younger and my dad still worked in the bank, I’ve always wanted to give him a set of cuff links. I thought it was classy and elegant, and I wanted him to look exactly like that at work. Unfortunately, circumstances has led me and my sibs to give my dad something else for his birthday or for any special occasion. Until he retired, I never got to give him something like this.
This Father’s Day, who knows? Now that I’m the one earning the income, I just might get these for my dad. I like that it’s just silver and without jewels or patterns — classic design, won’t go out of style. Plus it doesn’t scream, “Hey! I’m a cuff link! Look at me!” It’s one men’s accessory that will make heads turn and eyes look its way — without any effort at all.
I love silver. It’s sophisticated.
